in 2006, Ant notched up the following:
• Fastest overall lap - 8 times
• 2nd - 11 times
• 3rd - 3 times
• 4th - 4 times
• 5th - 6 times
• 6th - once
• DNS - once (gearbox problem)
• DNF - twice (Monza engine blow ups - one in
each session) Notes: When Ant knocked his left front wheel
off on the St Devot armco, he still kept his 2nd fastest
time. Also his fastest overall time at Sepang 2nd session,
was after rear brake failure had to be fixed in the garage
during the session.
