About Il-Sit

This is, essentially, a completely unofficial, fan-created, fan-oriented site about Anthony Davidson and Formula 1. The site is currently a basic reskinned archive of the key parts of the old site which ran between 2004 and 2008, including a global fan forum. It has not been practical to continue to intensively manage the site in the same way since SAF1 left the sport and Ant was left without a seat. At the same time the site will aim to hold bits of latest news, quotes, stats and links that are going to be of interest to fans too. Nontheless we do not intend to compete with the official and excellent anthonydavidson.com – but to provide a different kind of site based around downloadable fan goodies.

The desktops are JPEGs (of varying compression according to each individual image) sized at 1280×1024. Requests for custom sized versions are welcome, and should be addressed to antdavidson.com by email.
We have tried to keep a clean, cool, modern feel to the designs in terms of layout, colour-planning and typography, and have aimed for the best quality compression that we can so that you get the best quality desktops.
